It is half past ten at night and you already know you cannot go in tomorrow. This is the folder that is already written.

WHAT IT IS
One HTML file that opens in the browser you already have. It holds your classes, the bell schedule, the week, the class list, the seating charts, the procedures, the emergency panels, who to ask, what normally happens in each lesson, and what to do when a lesson finishes early. Then it builds the pile a substitute is handed, and reads the note that comes back. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

ONE COLUMN DECIDES WHAT A STRANGER READS
The class list a substitute carries round the room and the class list you keep are not the same page, and every other product in this category makes them the same page. Beside each child there is a column called teacher-eyes-only: write into it the name of anything on that row a stranger should not read, and the app leaves it off the packet and says on the page that it has done so. The medical line a substitute genuinely needs at eight in the morning still prints. The sentence about a family does not. That is one decision, made once, per child - and it is the difference between a folder you are glad to hand over and one you are not.

THE SCREENS
- Handover: where you are, what is still missing, and your next day out
- Days out: a date and a reason, and a lesson card for every teaching period
- The packet: fifteen page shapes, in the order a stranger reads them
- Classes and the week: the bell schedule and one row per period per school day
- Students: names, what helps, and the column that decides what is printed
- Seating: a chart drawn from where a substitute stands, not where you sit
- Plans: what normally happens in each slot, written once, plus no-prep fillers
- Procedures: nine cards: arrival, attendance, bathroom, the attention signal, the rest
- Emergency: fire, lockdown, weather, medical and evacuation, read before the bell
- Staff and logins: who to ask, what to log into, and who goes home how
- What came back: what the substitute wrote, and a desk for everything it left behind
- Patterns: which weekday keeps losing lessons, and how much was actually reached
- Your subbing days: the other side of the desk: hours, schools, mileage and whether it was paid
- Guide: fifty-five entries, one per screen, searchable, in your language
- Setup: language, money, the look, the tabs, and the one backup button

HOW IT WORKS
You fill in four pages once, in September: your classes, the bell schedule, the week and the class list. Then you write the emergency panels and the nine procedure cards, and what normally happens in each teaching slot. After that you do nothing at all until the morning you cannot go in - and then it is a date, a reason, and a button. The lesson cards start as copies of what normally happens in those slots, so you are editing something rather than staring at a blank page at eleven at night.

IT PRINTS THE PACKET
One button prints the packet: the letter, the emergency page, the day in order, a card per lesson, the class lists, the seating charts, the procedures, the staff and logins, the no-prep fillers, and a blank report sheet for the substitute to fill in. Fifteen page shapes, and you choose which are on. It prints from the browser you already have, to the printer you already have, on US Letter or A4.

PRIVACY, DESCRIBED RATHER THAN PROMISED
Thirty children’s names, and in some rows a medical condition. There is no account, no server and no subscription: everything you type stays in that browser on that device, and the file makes no network request of any kind - which is a thing you can check, because it is one file and it works with the wifi switched off.

SETUP TAKES 0.5 SECONDS
Not a wizard. You open the file and there is one button. Your language, your date format and your currency are read from your browser and already filled in, the look is already chosen, and there is one field that genuinely matters - your name, and even that can be left blank. If you already have a backup file, that is the other button. Timed at 0.5 seconds in a clean browser profile, in the slowest of the six languages.

THE GUIDE IS INSIDE IT
Fifty-five entries, one for every screen, searchable, in your language, and reachable from anywhere in the app. It is made of text and the app’s own live screens rather than screenshots, so it cannot go out of date - and if you rename a tab, the guide follows the name you gave it. A one-page quick start is in the download as a PDF.

IT IS YOURS
One button writes the whole binder to a file you keep, and the app says so on screen when a month has gone by without one. That file is how you move to another laptop, how you get back after a browser clean-out, and how you hand the binder to whoever takes your class next year. There is no subscription and nothing expires: it is a file, and it works in ten years the same way it works today.

WHAT YOU DOWNLOAD
- the app - one HTML file, all six languages, all ten themes
- a one-page quick start, as a PDF, in this language

QUESTIONS
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into. You open a file.

Does it work without internet?
Yes, always. It makes no network request of any kind, so it works on a school wifi that blocks everything, on a train, and in ten years when whatever was fashionable this year has gone.

Which browsers and devices?
Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on Windows, Mac, iPad, Android and Chromebook. On a phone the menu tucks away and the page gets the room. It is not an app you install from a store.

How long does setting it up take?
0.5 seconds, measured in a clean browser profile in the slowest of the six languages. It is one button, not a wizard. Filling in your own classes and class list is the real work, and you do that once.

Is there a guide, and what is in it?
Two. A one-page quick start as a PDF in the download, and the full guide inside the app: fifty-five entries, one per screen, searchable, in your language, reachable from every screen. If you rename a tab, the guide follows the name you gave it.

What if I get stuck?
Write to the address printed on the card inside your download and on the page it links to. A real person reads it. The guide inside the app has a search box and answers most of it faster than an email can.

How do I back it up or move to another computer?
One button writes the whole binder to a file. Open the app on the other machine and load that file. The app tells you on screen when a month has gone by without a backup, because everything lives in that browser and a browser clean-out does not ask first.

THE HONEST PART
This is a digital download, so there are no returns - which is why the twenty pictures are real screenshots of the real app rather than mock-ups, and why the setup time on this listing is a measured number rather than a claim. It does not teach the lesson and it cannot make a class behave. What it does is make sure that the person standing in your room at eight in the morning knows the fire route, the attention signal, who goes home on the bus, and what you actually wanted taught - and that nothing you meant to keep private is on the page they are carrying.
