Refund policy

Brightday Planners sells digital products: planner apps, spreadsheets and printable files that you download right after purchase. Because a download can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once a file has been delivered.

When we will make it right

We'll send a replacement file, help you get it working, or refund you in full if:

your file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, and we can't fix it for you;
you were charged twice for the same order;
you didn't receive your file and we can't deliver it within 3 days of your order.

Before you buy

Each product page lists what's included and the devices and browsers it works with. Please read it before you order, and ask us if anything is unclear.

How to ask for help

Contact us within 14 days of your order through our contact page. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within one business day.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
