These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Brightday Planners ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
Everything we sell is a digital file delivered by download. Nothing is shipped. Product images show the product's screens; colours and layout may look slightly different on your device.
2. Licence
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own planning. You may install it on your own devices and print pages for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or give away the files, or claim them as your own work. All rights not granted here remain with us.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you order.
4. Delivery
Every product is available to download as soon as payment is complete, by email and on your order page. If you haven't received your file, contact us.
5. Your data
Our planner apps run in your web browser and save your entries on your own device. We can't see, access or recover that data. Please use any export or backup options the product offers. How we handle the information you give us at checkout is described in our privacy policy.
6. No professional advice
Our planners and trackers are organisational tools. They are not medical, financial, legal or tax advice. Talk to a qualified professional about decisions in those areas.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data stored in a product. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
